You retain 100% of all intellectual property rights and full ownership of any files, documents, images, or assets processed through QuickFileTools. We do not claim any ownership, copyright, or licensing rights over your files.
All code, brand assets, logos, website designs, and algorithmic tool logic comprising QuickFileTools are the exclusive property of QuickFileTools and protected by intellectual property laws.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
You agree to use QuickFileTools strictly for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Upload or process malicious content, malware, spyware, or viruses.
- Process materials that infringe upon copyright, trademarks, or personal privacy.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overwhelm our backend API conversion engines.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to abuse the service infrastructure.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
QuickFileTools is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% conversion fidelity and fast processing speeds, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or compatible with all file formats.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuickFileTools, its founders, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including file loss or corruption during conversion. We strongly advise users to keep original backups of important documents before processing.
6. Privacy and Advertising
